

There are 3 mobile operators in Latvia - LMT, Tele2 and Bite. All of them offer prepaid calling cards. You can buy a start kit of any of these cards in "Narvesen" (those small shops all around Riga) or in other trading spots. (Information updated on 12.07.2010)

The real tariffs will be a bit lower, because you get bigger credit that you pay for, for example if you buy a credit for 2.95 Ls you get 4.50 Ls. There are different tariff plans available. You can add a credit of Ls 1.35 (you pay Ls 0.99), Ls 2.5 (you pay Ls 1.75), Ls 4.5 (you pay Ls 2.95) , Ls 8 (you pay Ls 4.95) or Ls 13.50 (you pay Ls 7.95) to your card in all "Narvesen" shops and other trading spots.
