Sun shines, great tapas, orange trees and outstanding architecture. That is Seville, the capital of Andalusia and the fourth biggest metropolis of Spain. In this colourful city, the third edition of the Erasmus Generation Meeting will take place.

The theme of EGM 2024 is Removing barriers for active and equal participation. The two pillars of the event are inclusive international opportunities for all students and young people and participation in democratic life in light of the European Parliament elections 2024. Besides the theme and the pillars, the event will focus on equal opportunities, the fight against discrimination and active citizenship. Through these priorities, participants will look for solutions, share best practices and advocate for those with fewer opportunities, such as people with disabilities, the LGBTQI+ community, people suffering from racism, those from rural areas and the many other minority groups who have barriers to overcome.
